3 Minute Healthy Lunch Sandwich

Who doesn’t love a healthy 3 minute lunch sandwich that is quick and easy to make? I don’t have a lot of time to make lunch so I need easy accessible food that isn’t loaded with carbs and sugar.  I remember a few months ago when I would eat whatever was in the junk food drawer because I didn’t have time to make anything or I would hit the Starbucks drive thru as I was running errands and feeling so exhausted for the rest of the day. I wasn’t eating healthy and I was paying for it through my lack of energy. That lifestyle certainly wasn’t doing me any favors! Between either having a shake or some kind of a healthy quick lunch, I feel so much better!

Flatout Foldit Artisan Flatbread (90 Calories)

Sliced Cucumber

Cottage Cheese (I use Lactaid)

Handful of power greens (or lettuce)

1 slice low fat Jennie O turkey deli meat

Garlic Salt for a little taste (I love garlic!)
