Sometimes I get so busy DIYing and decorating around here, that I forget how excited my kids get about contributing to what makes our house a home.  They love being able to make things that will become part of our decor–especially when those things have to do with their favorite holidays and seasons.  I try to keep a look out for projects that we can work on together sometimes, or things they can make alongside me while I’m working on my own things.
