Calling all glampors…..AGAIN! Lots of changes going on over here at Four Generations One Roof. Do you remember last month when we put our tiny house up for sale on the lake down the street from our house? Well, now my parents are selling their tiny home too at the same campsite. I will share what’s going on around here this weekend but today, I wanted to let you all know, this beauty is now for sale! It’s the same version as ours, except it has a king bedroom, upgraded cabin interior, fully enclosed sunroom (1 year old) and a brand new pressure treated wrap around deck (installed summer 2017) and the most amazing waterview ALL FOR $70,000! Get yourself all set for the Spring season next year …..that will be here before you know it. These are like real little homes. Full heat, central air, direct flush toilet, you name it….it has it.
If you remember, we both bought ours last year from the same dealer in Maine and I literally didn’t even have time to blog about my parents tiny home cabin as I was too busy taking pictures and styling ours. These are just pictures I took with my cell phone (this is completely unexpected….them selling now) but trust me, it’s even more beautiful in person. Kind of bummed I never got good pictures with my fancy camera but oh well right?
The pressure treated deck is brand new this year and wraps around the back to a side entrance and the two oversized driveways. Lots of space for parking.
Comes with all the furniture, appliances and drapery.
The interior warm wood on the ceiling and floors are my favorite as well as the cathedral ceiling.
My mom wanted her tiny home to resemble her gram’s (my great gram) cabin that they had on the lake when she was a kid.
Our multigenerational house is also on the market for sale! Click here to see the listing.
Isn’t it amazing what you can pack into a tiny home that is 399 square feet? Can you guys do me a favor and share the Facebook listing on your facebook? Just click here (Facebook listing). My mom loves sitting on her deck or in the sunroom having her morning coffee. While she is sad to sell it, she is excited about an opportunity that has presented itself in the last week. Stay tuned, I will share more this weekend. If you are interested in Tiny Home living and are in New England, message me for details . It’s located in Massachusetts in the most amazing campsite with beautiful waterviews. You can also pull out the park model (it’s on wheels) if you wanted and place on your own slice of heaven.
