Yesterday we shared our nightmare of a closet in our master bathroom and today we are sharing our mini bathroom makeover featuring a clean closet! Did you see the mess? I actually don’t mind opening the closet now in the bathroom. It’s kind of pretty :). It’s amazing what a coat of paint and some new towels and storage containers can do for a closet. I want to thank Annie Selke for the complimentary bath items. I love fresh new towels!-ha.
The bathroom closet was a complete disaster and once I cleaned it out, added a fresh coat of paint, I wanted to give the rest of the bathroom a refresh for Fall. The brown toned classic theme coordinated nicely with the aqua colored walls. The gorgeous white linen shower curtain by Pine Cone Hill looks amazing with the Dash & Albert indoor/outdoor rug. Yep, I decided to use two bath mats. I keep the Pine Cone Hill bath mat on the tub during the day and then layer it on top of the geometric rug during shower time. It’s a great way to add visual appeal in the bathroom and create a layered look. The plush fleece robe is to die for. It’s so soft!

If you are wondering, the geometric rug is a 2×3 size.
Ok, now for the tiny scary closet I shared yesterday. Here is the before.
Here is the after.
Annie Selke’ Pine Cone Hill – White Banded Towels / Natural Striped Towels / Striped Storage Hamper / Striped Storage Bin
Once I took everything out of the closet, painted and really looked at the space, it was evident that this space needed to be just for towels and a hamper. The top shelf is kind of a useless shelf as it’s deep and things get lost up there. So I decided that a pull out canvas bin would be perfect for smaller toiletries that I use on a daily basis. I just simply pull the bin down and everything is right there. No more climbing a step stool and looking into the deep dark closet for lost items.
The shelves are kind of cute right? Heavy duty wrapping paper can work wonders for a boring old shelf. I love how the rolled and folded towels look in the closet. The best part, I don’t have a panic attack now every time I open the closet door.
Mini Bathroom Makeover {closet makeover}
I am so happy with how our mini bathroom makeover turned out. It’s so nice to open the closet and see an organized cute closet! Be sure to head over to Annie Selke and check out their new Autumn Catalog that was just released. I am so thankful for these gorgeous bath items they sent us. Our closet and bathroom are now a happy place to hang out in :).
Disclosure: I was sent complimentary items from Annie Selke to try out in our bathroom. All opinions and words are 100% my own. The items are amazing!

Jessica this bathroom and closet looks stunning! I love how a quick few updates really changed the space. Can you do my bathroom now?
Thanks Connie!!
I read your blog with complete interest since I might be facing this very same thing in the very near future. Not 4 generations but definitely three…in a two bedroom house..a third bedroom could be made out of the den…where to start!! I am forming a plan in my head!! And definitely on a limited budget…
Wow 3 generations Janie! I hear ya, it can be brain overload for sure trying to figure everything out. It took us a good year to get a system down and a routine. We still have hickups and we are going on 9 years together! Being organized is probably the best advice I can offer and to put a TV in each bedroom with a small chair if possible. It’s always nice to have a little space to go to and shut the door be alone! haha.
Your bathroom closet is beautiful. You are soooo lucky to have on inside your bathroom. I would loose space, if I could get one inside my son’s bathroom. I think it’s nice having one there. Thank you for sharing. By the way, I love the entire bathroom shown.
Thank you!!
Okay! I’m inspired! Thanks!
ha thanks Nancy!!
This turned out so pretty! Love all of the ideas and the polka dots are my favorite part. Can’t wait to click through the catalog!

So organized!! And I love that wall color :0
Wow, this is just the inspiration I needed to tackle some of our own bathroom organization (or lack there of) 🙂
What a bright and pretty space!! Loving the color of your walls…gorgeous. And the linen closet is the BEST!
Thanks so much Kristi 🙂
