Make your house smell like fall

My mom loves candles and so do I. My gram, well she likes them but won’t spend the money on them. Plus, they kind of aggravate her allergies if they are too strong. Here are a few of the ways to make your house smell like Fall!
Simmer Pots! Simply mix a few of your favorites together and leave on low heat on your stove. Just be sure to shut your stove off when leave. We add 2 cups of cold water, cinnamon sticks and vanilla and it smells delicious.
Check out A Beautiful Mess, she has a fabulous simmer pot recipe below.
Candles! We are big Yankee Candle fans here in fact, I just picked up a bunch at HomeGoods for the Fall season and they smell yummy!
Scented Pine Cones
Scent in a Jar from The Happy HomeMaker. Check out her scented jar recipe below. It’s amazing!
Julie Blanner made her own homemade potpourri and it’s amazing! Check out her fabulous easy recipe. I am going to try this one for sure.
My mom also puts sliced oranges, cinnamon sticks, a couple teaspoons nutmeg and rosemary sprigs along with a handful of cranberries in our slow cooker and fills with water until all of the ingredients are covered. Cook on low for about 8 hours. I will have to make it and take a picture for you, it smells so good! We just have to make sure certain people in our house don’t eat it! haha.
