First let me say thank you so much for all the sweet comments and emails yesterday about our new kitchen. We are loving the new space and glad you like it as well. I was happy to finally post the before and after pictures. It is such a dramatic transformation. Sometimes it’s hard to believe it is our kitchen. Our facebook page has never been so busy. Thanks again for all the love! Well it’s safe to say that the adults in our house are falling apart. ha. My dad is on horse duty so you know things are messed up when that happens. I haven’t seen my dad clean the horse stalls or paddocks in over 30 years, maybe longer. Definitely not his thing. My mom recently found a spot on her foot that ended up being pre-cancerous so in the middle of my grandfather being rushed to the hospital last Friday, she was getting the top of her foot cut off. I know, kind of gross but it had to be done. Thankfully she is diligent about seeing a dermatologist yearly. She didn’t realize that having the procedure would be so invasive. They literally cut off the top of her foot and now she is hobbling around like a 90 year old.
Yes, that is my grandfather walking up from his workshop. The man just can’t sit still. You would think after spending the day in the Emergency room last Friday, he would chill out this weekend but no. My dad told my husband that between me and my rotator cuff surgery, my grandmother bound to her wheel chair, my grandfather who keeps falling and my mom’s bad foot, they are the only two functioning adults in the house. My husband better hope nothing happens to my dad or he will be on horse poop duty. haha. I would pay money to see that ;).

haha Thanks! 🙂
My goodness, you certainly have your hands full. Hope everything and everyone continues to get better. I certainly understand how messed up things are if dad; is taking care of the horses. I know at my house if my husband is on barn duty, things are really bad. Sending good thoughts ya’lls way and hope all gets better soon.
I am sorry to hear that about your family. I will keep you in my prayers . Many blessings thanks for sharing your wonderful life with all of us
Thank you Mari!
