Sadness & moving forward

My heart is broken and full of sadness for the children and families of a Newtown, Ct. Writing anything on this blog and especially sharing photo’s and inspiration for something as silly as our Christmas table seems so trivial at the moment. I spent the weekend with my son watching Christmas movies on the couch. No blogging. No projects. No decorating. No cleaning. Once again, our existence as we know it, has changed forever. So many questions of why and absolutely no valid answers in return. I know for me, it’s healthy to talk about it in an effort to move forward and quiet frankly, regain a sense of normalcy. I will be back tomorrow or Wednesday sharing on our blog.

My thoughts and prayers are with the families of Newtown, Ct.  There is absolutely nothing I can do to help the families except to pray for them. I would also like to pass along the link to the United Way who has established a fund for the community of Newtown, Ct.
