Have you heard of Red Velvet OREOS? When I tell you that you don’t want to miss out on this ridiculously tasty cookie, I am not kidding. I mean, who doesn’t love Oreos? The Red Velvet edition is by far, my favorite flavor so far.

Combining the rich, velvety flavor of red velvet with the iconic crunch of Oreos, these adorable pops are not only delicious but also easy to make.

  • 1 cup white chocolate or candy melts (for coating)
  • Lollipop sticks

I melted white chocolate candy in the microwave and poured on top of a Tupperware cover I had.

TIP: Be careful not to overcook the chocolate as it will harden. I use a teaspoon of vegetable oil (or more) to help keep the chocolate creamy.

Slide the lollipop sticks inside and coat with melted chocolate.

Work quickly when adding the sprinkles, the chocolate tends to dry fast.

 Place on parchment paper and add sprinkles.

I wrapped them in small lollipop bags and secured with a ribbon.  

Needless to say, my son and dad were thrilled with their OREO treats, although my dad couldn’t understand why I had to make them so difficult to get in to. 😉
