Today we are sharing delicious non dairy frozen treats. Some of you may know that I have many food sensitivities and well, my stomach can be a pain in the butt sometimes! I am a carb and chocolate lover but as of last year, I started having issues with my stomach and long story short, lots of things aggravate it. I am always looking for sweet treats that won’t upset my stomach so when I was contacted by Perfectly Free™ to try out their new frozen non-dairy treats, I jumped at the chance.

Big 8 Food Allergens means they are dairy-free, soy-free, wheat-free, peanut-free, egg-free, fish-free, shellfish-free and tree nut-free. Thankfully I don’t have all of these allergens, just a sensitivity to wheat and dairy.

These bites are also super healthy coming in around 25-35 calories each and perfect for kids as well. My son actually grabs one of these now when he is having a sweet craving. It’s a win win!

They come in four flavors:

These frozen treats are fairly new and personally, I LOVE them. The treat consists of a soft outer layer and a coconut cream center. They are absolutely delicious.
