Seriously, an iRobot automatically cleans our floors…….LOVE this thing!

Have you ever heard of iRobot? I had heard of it but never really knew much about it. I knew it was something that automatically cleaned the floor but really didn’t know how or if it was really true. So when I was asked if I would like to try out an iRobot Braava (#holidayhelper) and share it’s features with all of you, of course I said yes. My mom was really excited to see just how the iRobot worked. The iRobot is the coolest product on planet and it works like a charm! You will see for yourself in a minute in a video I made. I was sent a free iRobot Braava and was compensated for this post BUT all opinions and words are 100% my own.

We have two large dogs and of course, a million people in and out of our home and this iRobot Braava is now my solution to quickly cleaning up drool and foot prints on our hardwoods and tile. The features and benefits of the iRobot are impressive. iRobot Braava 380t Floor Mopping Robot dry or damp mops virtually any hard floor surface with disposable or reusable microfiber cleaning cloths. Designed for quick cleaning, Braava systematically covers your entire floor in a single pass. This little guy is amazing.

It is so simple to setup. It took me all of 5 minutes to remove the packaging, plug in to the wall to charge and after an hour or so, it was ready to go. It comes with a little cube that is GPS enabled that runs on 2 batteries. It comes with a full manual but the best part, it comes with a one page, quick setup with pictures. MY KIND OF SETUP! Easy peasy.

What I love about the iRobot is you can either clean via Damp And Dry Cleaning. It Uses either disposable cleaning cloths, including Swiffer brand or Braava’s specially designed reusable microfiber cloths. It is super quiet and has a soft-touch bumper and careful system design enable the robot to operate without disrupting your daily activity or sleep. It pretty much has it’s own brain. I’m not kidding. Once it’s finished cleaning,  it returns to the place where it started and powers down automatically.

The iRobot cleans all floor types. Braava works on all hard surface floors including tile, vinyl, hardwood and laminate. I tried it out initially in my parents bathroom and my mom said, “what is that thing?” I said, “Just watch.” Her first response was, where can I buy one? ha. I told her she was in luck because we get to keep this. She was SO happy :).

There are many more features including a pause/resume, trackable pattern memory, cleans large areas, follows the wall to get hard to clean spots, cleans under furniture and will avoid stairways with built-in cliff sensors.  The bumper on the end is super soft and when it hit our walls or furniture, there were no marks left. Kind of nice right!?  This little guy is light weight and easy to carry around.

I couldn’t be happier with this iRobot that cleans our floors and it actually makes me a little excited that it works so well.
