Something about fall makes us want to cook and bake in our home. I think my grandmother has made 6 different cookies and cakes in the last couple weeks. Growing up as a kid, she made every meal from scratch and always had a homemade dessert. I know, dessert every night isn’t healthy but my grandparents don’t care. My grandfather says, “I made it to 86 years old eating whatever I want so why would I stop now?” He has a point. Anyway, last week we made this delicious pumpkin bread from a mix that I bought at HomeGoods.
