Do you love coffee? I do! This time of year, not only do I love my morning hot coffee but I love an afternoon iced coffee or coffee smoothie as a treat. Today I wanted to share an easy coffee smoothie recipe using Folgers instant coffee that you can make in under 5 minutes. Some of you may remember that I shared a delicious holiday coffee drink just before Christmas last year featuring Folgers Coffee. Well, Folgers asked me again if I would like to try their instant coffee and for those of you who know me personally, know you don’t have to ask me twice to try out anything involving coffee and fun recipes. So of course, I said yes.

This coffee smoothie is perfect as a treat for yourself or simply make a pitcher full if you are having friends over. I used mason jars that I picked up at HomeGoods to serve the smoothie. It’s always fun to drink a beverage out of a fun mug right? Be sure to check out Folgers Recipes for more amazing coffee treats.
