Do you guys like Steak Sliders? During the summer, when the grill is on our patio, we like to make steak sliders and the kids love them. We live in New England though so as you can imagine, there is not a lot of grilling during the winter. When I am pressed for time or do not have access to the grill, 20 Minute Steak Sliders with melted cheese is the the perfect quick meal. When my son is having a bunch of kids over too, these are quick and easy and they seem to always love them. A few months ago, we partnered with On-Cor to share quick and easy meal ideas and this month, we are sharing The On-Cor Gravy and 6 Salisbury Steaks Dinner.
20 Minute Steak Sliders with Melted Cheese
These 20 Minute Steak Sliders with Melted Cheese couldn’t be easier to make. I picked up a bag of fresh steak rolls from my local grocery store and a few condiments ranging from ready-to-serve Horseradish Sauce, Deli – Sliced Roasted Red Bell Peppers and an Artichoke & Onion Bruschetta Spread. I simply followed the directions on the back of the box (I microwaved) and once the steaks were cooked, I spread one roll with the Horseradish and the other with the Bruschetta. I sliced the already cooked steaks into thin pieces and added to the roll. I finished by adding provolone deli cheese to the top and heated in the toaster over for 3 minutes until the cheese was melted (you could also microwave for 20 seconds). My son loves red bell peppers so I topped his with already made jarred peppers.
20 Minute Steak Sliders with Melted Cheese – On-Cor’s Packaging Makes it Easy!
If you saw last months post, a 20 Minute Chicken Parmesan Sandwich, you know that I mentioned how I love that On-Cor’s packaging makes it easier to understand exactly what you are buying. I have zero time when I am in the grocery store so for me, I love that the front of the box shares a lot of the dietary information. A number of entrées now have 20 percent more meat, including Salisbury Steak, Sliced Turkey and Char-Broiled Patties.
Who would have thought that a frozen meal, could be so gourmet right? On-Cor has been bringing families together for over 70 years and they have the perfect selection of meal ideas for “one of those nights” when you have limited time. All in all, this entire dinner took about 20 minutes to make. If you are anything like me, you tend to multitask and use your time wisely. As many of you know, we just moved a couple weeks ago so I took the time to clean up our kitchen and wash some of the cabinets. I won’t lie, with Spring right around the corner, I am feeling more motivated to clean and get things in order.
On-Cor is giving away an amazing Cleaning Gift Giveaway package and I am loving all the cleaning tools they sent us. One happens to be this super cute sink caddy that I filled with cleaning tools. If you have kids, they will love the dusters and cleaning tools as well.
This is the first time I am sharing our new kitchen too. As many of you know, our last kitchen was modern and white but this kitchen is actually growing on me. It’s the furthest thing from a modern white kitchen that you get. It’s a traditional, very elegant styled kitchen and I think with a few minor changes, we can make it our own. Stay tuned, more house projects are on the horizon. Be sure to enter the giveaway below for your own cleaning package from On-Cor. The package is valued at $200 and it’s probably one of my favorite packages I have received in a while.
On-Cor is just a freezer away so keep your On-Cor entrée as is, or put a personalized spin on your favorite meal. I picked up my On-Cor meal at our local Market 32 grocery store but you can also check out the store locator on the On-Cor website to pick up one of On-Cor’s entrées. You can enter the giveaway below by simply leaving a comment telling us what your favorite meal is to make on a night where you have no time!

No shame – my go to quick dinner is always Blue Box Mac & Cheese or Chicken Nuggets and Fries/Tots. I’m definitely adding this to my recipe arsenal to up my game. ????
One of my favorite fast and easy meals is actually made with On Cor sliced turkey in gravy. I like to take slices of Texas toast and top it with pre-made mashed potatoes and the turkey in gravy for a quick Turkey Manhattan. I’ll steam a veggie in the microwave and it’s a fast and easy meal that everyone enjoys.
Can’t wait to see what you do with this kitchen. I loved previous one.
usually a fritatta or some kind of pasta with veggies mixed in
Using leftover rotisserie chicken, I can whip up and alfredo sauce and boil pasta for a quick chicken alfredo.
My quick meal is usually a sandwich with a soup …a.tuna melt with vege soup, or a grilled cheese with tomato soup. If there’s time to bake it,I love the creamy yummyness of On-Cor Mac and Cheese.
My favorite is Egg Omelet with veggies.
Chicken fajitas are my go-to recipe for a quick and EZ meal. I cook the meat in a wok with chunky mild salsa, then add the goodies (veggies) and cook those for a short time so they are tender-crisp. Spoon on to soft or corn taco shell, add shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream and serve. Yummy and SO EZ and quick.
My go to meal is shrimp & angel hair pasta, for a fast meal! I saute some, fresh shrimp, boil water for pastea(angel hair pasta cooks faster than most other pastas) , 5min., drain pasta, shrimp is done..toss together.. Delish!!
My favorite fast meal would have to be seafood stew in my pressure cooker and a side salad.
A can of of Campbell’s chicken Tortilla soup. Add fresh avocado, sour cream, chips and cheese. I have served friends and had to show the can to prove it wasn’t homemade.
That looks good and sounds easy! It’s nice to have a fast but good meal available in the freezer!
Well haven’t heard of Cor but very interested in trying it if I see it in the store, my favorite quick meal is goulash my kids loved it when they were growing up
Frozen pizza for me!
My favorite meal on night with little time to prepare is hamburgers with a tossed salad.
My easy, fast go to meal is chicken fajitas. On Sundays I prep so I always have diced “cooked” chicken on hand along with plenty of veggies already cut up. All I do is place a bit of olive oil in pan throw in a few green/red peppers and onions cook on high for 5 mins. Set aside when completed. Place a tortilla in the same pan cook one side til browned, 1 min. Flip and throw some veggies, chicken and light shredded cheese. Fold cook, 1 min. Place on plate with a spoonful of sour cream, tortilla chips on side w/salsa. Enjoy! 10 mins or less, boom!
I whip out sloppy joes. Super easy!
Grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup.
My favorite quick go to meal is pre-cooked hamburgers by Ball Park. They are very good. I also bake frozen steak fries in the oven. The On Cor meals are great. My husband loved the steak and gravy with Bob Evans mashed potatoes. They taste just like homemade mash potatoes.
Super yum! My family would devour these!
I love your new, (to you), beautiful kitchen! I’m sure you will figure out how to “make it your own”!
One of my favorite easy meals to cook is Tacos! Always good!
I couldn’t get the entry to work (?). Thanks!
Perfectly delicious, and I love how quick and easy it is!
Egg Omelet with veggies
I usually have pre-browned ground turkey in the freezer. I add this to a couple of boxes of Rice-a-roni (any flavor) and pair it with some raw veggie sticks. 15 minutes is all it takes.
My favorite “quick” meal is their Salisbury Steak and mashed potatoes over toasted bread/Texas toast!
My go-to quick meal is any kind of family sized frozen meal like meatloaf, lasagna, or chicken alfredo. Add a salad and breadsticks and bam, dinner’s on the table!
When i am short on time, my favorite meal to make is Stouffer’s lasagna, It’s easy and everyone loves it!
I do scrambled eggs and cheese sandwiches.
Our quick meal on a busy night is usually tacos.
I like making pasta when I don’t have a lot of time, like mac and cheese
When I have no time I make Spaghetti, my families favorite!! I must try this!! Sounds yummy!
Tacos used to be my go to dinner when i was in a hurry but now i have an Instant Pot & Air Fryer & the possibilities are endless!
My go to to meal is a quick omelet sandwich with some veggies!
I like anything that is heat-and-eat, especially if you can cook it in the oven. The 20 minutes that it is in the oven gives you free time to take care of whatever duties you would otherwise neglect preparing a meal.
I like to make spaghetti with a side of salad.
My favorite meal to make when I have no time is Instant Pot vegetable beef soup. Thank you so much for the giveaway!
On busy nights I like heat-and-eat foods that I can just pop in the oven and let it cook. Frozen pizza is high on the list, but these On-Cor entrees would also work. We usually cook these in the microwave, though.
On a night when I have no time I like to make stir fry with rice and veggies.
Favorite meal to make is having breakfast for dinner.
My family would go nuts for these! And I love that they don’t take long to make :0
For a quick and easy meal we like the Salsbury Steaks with Gravy. Served along with some instant mashed potatoes and a quick veggie, it’s a meal everyone in the family loves.
