I have been a bit of slacker this summer keeping up with the blog. I must admit, I have enjoyed taking some time off and not posting as much. The summer seems to have slipped away again and it’s almost back to school time. How does that happen? We have been super busy this summer gutting our kitchen and doing a complete overhaul of the space. What a gross, messy process! ha. I can’t wait until it’s finished and once school starts, I will be back on target sharing the renovation and everything else going on in our lives. For those of you who miss what’s going on with my grandparents, here are a few pictures and updates!

What’s up with your grandparents?

My grandfather has been enjoying watching all the kitchen progress. My gram could care less, she is happy to sit and watch her soap opera’s. Her foot has been bothering her again so hopefully it’s not gout again!

My gramps did mention to me that this project better be done soon as he would like to put his car back in the garage.

The smallest things drive him crazy!

Yes, I rolled my eyes and ignored him ;).
