A pink rug may not be your first choice when thinking about sprucing up your home. In fact, when I told my husband we were getting a new pink rug, he said, “don’t make our family room all girly!” I am here to tell you that decorating with pink, is a perfect way add color to your home. I think Fate is looking out for me: I literally stumbled upon this blog post via Pinterest while looking for window treatment ideas. Where Fate is involved is in the fact that I am considering Mohawk’s SmartStrand carpeting for a basement renovation and, well, here you are!
So, since you’ve had it in your home for almost a year at this point, how is it holding up? Are you still really happy with it? I have two large dogs and a teenage son who loves to have his friends stay over. I was considering a laminate flooring for the clean-up ease, but I think it might be too “cold.” Would love to put in this carpeting, but it has got to be durable and easy to clean!
Thoughts and experience would be appreciated.
