If you are visiting from Thistlewood Farms, welcome!
We spent this past week sprucing up the house just for you featuring pretty little pumpkins, seasonal fall flowers and colorful accessories.
Our motto this year, “don’t get hung up on the details, simple is pretty!”
Our family room is where we all gather and watch tv, eat dinner many nights and surf the net. We always need tons of pillows so a quick change out from the summer patterns to shades of orange, browns, blues and gray worked perfectly for fall.
Sunflowers look great alone in a small vase. I clipped greens from outside and placed around the bottom to add a bit of texture to the vase.
The complimentary lamps, wreath and pillows from HomeGoods all coordinate perfectly and I must say, I think the lamps are one of my favorites. Brass lamps are so versatile and will pair with just about any color combo. Love them!
I moved my son’s desk temporarily into the family room as I needed a space to work and come to find out, I love this work space! I think I see a new desk in my future ;).
We kept the dining area simple. Preserved oak leaves from our local florist along with mini pumpkins suited this space perfectly.
I love the purple hydrangeas and white pumpkins. Simple and casual, which is great for the study. Although, my son isn’t loving the pink pillows ;). They are my most favorite find at HomeGoods!
A simple watering can filled with mums in our entry provides a warm welcome.
Thank you to HomeGoods for sponsoring our Fall Home Tour this year.
I will be providing a full resource list in a couple days sharing where many of the items are from and where you can purchase but now, head on over to meet Miss Rhoda at Southern Hospitality, home tour stop #5! She is the best and you are going to love her. Be sure to say hello for me and don’t forget, the tour is going on all week so be sure to head back to Finding Home to start from the beginning and see which tours are live each day this week. Better Homes and Gardens will be featured on Friday so don’t forget to check back, you are going to love what they have in store for all of us ;).
