If you are coming from Kelly’s at Eclectically Vintage, welcome!

This year we are trying something new. We were invited to two Christmas Home Tours and I decided to go crazy and do both. I asked my mom about sharing some of her spaces during the tour and she was thrilled to play along. So today will be part 1 and next week will be part 2. We will be sharing new spaces that have never been seen before on the blog so it should be fun!

Today, lets start with our side entry way. The is where we enter our home 99% of the time.

The Family Room

The Vermont White Spruce tree by Balsam Hill, shown in 7.5′ is absolutely breathtaking. The construction of this tree is truly amazing and the branches are incredibly sturdy, they even hold my signs! My mother was shocked when I told her this was an artificial tree. I absolutely love how our slipcovered sofa looks with the red and black.

The Dining Room

We decided to use a variety of gold metallic, crystal and glittered ornaments on our flocked tree that we received last year from Wayfair.

Gorgeous Christmas Home Tour 2014-2 I love how the ornaments coordinate with my great grandmother’s china. A mix of new and old is always a good thing ;).
