Fall decorating. When and where do you start? For us, we started our fall decorating early this year because we were fortunate enough to be invited to participate in a Fall Home Tour with 16 bloggers & Better Homes and Gardens. I normally would be starting our fall decorating right around now, mid-September. I was thrilled when Kirkland’s asked us to share a fall inspired mini-room makeover featuring some of their harvest themed products.
If you are not familiar with Kirkland’s, they are a leading specialty retailer of home décor in the United States, operating approximately 320 stores in 34 states. They offer a variety of affordable home items along with specialty items for holidays and they are giving away 5 $75 gift cards to their store! Isn’t that fabulous!? Don’t worry, you can order online if you do not have a store near you. Keep reading, the giveaway is coming up soon.
Now for the makeover…….I chose our entry way to makeover as it’s the first room we see when we arrive home.
Here is the entryway partially empty. It’s not the best photo but it’s the only one I have un-decorated.
Kirkland’s offers a wide variety of fall inspired products that are affordable and superb quality. I was very impressed with everything I chose. The cream pumpkin wreath is absolutely gorgeous filled with ornamental pumpkins, fall leaves, pine cones and burlap.
The “count your blessings” fall inspired blocks from Kirkland’s got a welcomed review from my mom. She absolutely loves them!
Adding a cute quote sign is a great way to cozy up a vignette and make it more personal.
I love how the gold pumpkins and natural rattan pumpkins coordinate together. Completely different styles but the two different textures add a fabulous visual pop to the space. I ended up getting a few of the rattan pumpkins in a variety of sizes. Here they are in our fall inspired dining room as well.
Now you can enter to win your own gift card and purchase some of your fall favorites at Kirland’s. All you need to do is enter via the rafflecopter widget below.
My friends over at Sand and Sisal, The Picket Fence, Finding Home and Thistlewood Farms are also sharing their fall inspired mini-room makeover with Kirkland’s so be sure to hop over and check them out.
Kirkland’s offers a slew of holiday home decorating items that are super affordable. Most of what I used in our fall inspired foyer were items from around our home along with a few complimentary items from Kirkland’s. I tend to lean more towards simple and natural elements when decorating our home for fall. As I get older, “less seems to be more.” Does that make sense? I hope you enjoyed our fall decorating mini-makeover with Kirkland’s and we have inspired you to create a warm cozy vignette or fall inspired room in your home.
This post was sponsored by Kirkland’s and I did receive complimentary product to share with you. All words & opinions are 100% my own.
