Anyone else love chocolate covered bananas? We do and these guys took all of 5 minutes to make and that included the 2 minutes to melt the chocolate. I am back this month as part of Laura’s 10 minute series over at Finding Home and this month is all about “no bake” desserts. If you are looking for a 10 minute or less no bake dessert, these frozen chocolate covered bananas with pecans will do the trick. I purchased Bakers chocolate that you melt right in the cup, crushed pecans and of course, bananas.
Simply follow the directions on the chocolate container and then dip your banana in the melted chocolate.
Roll or sprinkle the banana with crushed pecans or peanuts.
I used plastic cocktail stirrers because that is all I had on hand but I prefer wooden popsicle sticks. Place on wax paper and then freeze.

Frozen chocolate covered bananas are perfect for kids or adults and will hit the spot if you are having a sweet craving. My grandfather was so excited when he saw the plate of these. He loves his treats!
