Good news! My gram came home yesterday for her first visit since being rushed to the ER a couple months ago for a choking episode. We celebrated my mom’s birthday (see all the stories over on instagram) and my gram had a great time. Today I am sharing some of my favorite Fabulous Fall Outfits and you will see, the same pair of boots can be worn a million different ways too.-ha.
