Instructions : Step by Step
Cook the Chicken
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a Lodge cast iron skillet over medium-low heat.
Add crushed garlic (2 tbsp) and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add chicken breast, season with salt & pepper, and sear for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Pour in ¼ cup white wine and let it deglaze the pan for 30 seconds.
Sauté the Gnocchi
Push the chicken to one side of the skillet. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter to the pan.
Toss in 2 bags of Rana Skillet Gnocchi & spinach and spread into a single layer.
Stir frequently and let them cook for 2 minutes, allowing the gnocchi to get lightly browned and slightly crispy.
Add the Sauce and Spinach
Pour in one jar of Delallo Creamy Vodka Sauce, stirring to coat the chicken and gnocchi evenly.
Simmer and Serve
Bring the sauce to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes until the spinach wilts.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
