Crumb Topping: Combine all the crumb mix into one bowl and mix together with melted butter. Set aside
For filling: In a medium bowl, combine butter, flour (mix), lemon juice, half and half and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Stir in sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Fill large baking dish with apples (or individual sized dishes) and pour filling mixture over the top. Top with crumb topping (use your fingers to spread over top) and bake 375 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whip cream
