  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 - 3/4 jar low sugar tomato basil pasta sauce I used 6g sugar sauce
  • fresh mozzarella
  • parsley
  • garlic salt
  • pepper


  • 3 chicken breasts
  • tenderize with meat tenderizer
  • cover bottom of bake safe dish with sauce
  • place chicken breasts in plan (on top of sauce)
  • add 1/2 jar of sauce on top of chicken
  • top with sliced mozzarella
  • Sprinkle parsley on top
  • Bake 375 - 25-30 minutes or until chicken is not pink inside
