3 Minute Kids Blueberry Bliss Smoothie


  • 1 1/2 cups nonfat Greek Yogurt we used Fage
  • 2 cups blueberries we used fresh but frozen work too
  • 1 banana
  • 3-4 tbsp flax meal
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or regular
  • Ice we used a handful
  • adapted from Kid Chef


  • Mix everything in a blender and add extra milk for creamier consistency. You can also add a tsp of peanut butter too for a little extra sweetness.
