How to Make Christmas Eggnog Pie


  • 1/4 cup Hood® Vanilla Eggnog or whichever flavor you want
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese soft
  • 1 tbsp butter soft
  • 3/4 cup confection sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Optional: Sprinkle 1/4 tsp nutmeg or cinnamon to top
  • 1 graham cracker crust pie I used a 9" You can also use the mini pie crusts too


  • Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla and sugar. Mix everything else in except the whipped topping and nutmeg. Fold in whipped topping. Spread in pie crust and top with spice. Freeze 2-4 hours or until frozen. Remove 5-10 minutes before serving to soften.
