Orange Glazed Chicken Dinner


  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup cherry spreadable fruit I used Polaner All Fruit
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp buter
  • 1 tsp smoked bourbon flavored marinade sauce or you can use real bourbon


  • In a large skillet over med-heat, add oil.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over rinsed / patted dry chicken
  • Add chicken to skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until done
  • Remove chicken from pan and keep warm
  • Place marmalade, soy sauce and spreadable cherry fruit in a small pan and boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer until thick. Stir to prevent sticking. Add bourbon and butter and spread mixture over chicken.
