How to bake pork chops

  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • garlic powder
  • garlic salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 cups bread crumbs I used progresso panko seasoned in separate dish
  • 2 tablespoons honey dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup cooking white wine


  • Spray a 13x9 glass baking dish
  • Rinse pork chops and dry.
  • Tenderize the chops using a meat tenderizer mallet. (do both sides)
  • Season with garlic powder, garlic salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil on medium heat in skillet and once hot, turn down to medium low and add the pork chops to the skillet cooking for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Once seared for 3 minutes on each side, dip each chop in the beaten egg mixture and then dip in the bread crumbs. Add coated chop to glass baking dish and repeat until all the chops are finished.
  • Add mustard and wine to the remaining oil in the skillet and stir until mixed well. Pour mixture over the breaded pork chops and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until your thermometer reaches 160 degrees (no pink).
