I have a confession. While I still despise exercise (you can see my toilet cleaning post vs. exercise post from last week), it seems to be a tad easier to get myself out the door in the morning for my walk. I still don’t like it. I still feel like I have way better things to be doing than getting sweaty, sore and exhausted but ….. it’s not as bad as it was 4 weeks ago when I first started.Today I am sharing a 3 minute healthy lunch sandwich that I thought I never would eat. Not chips and dip (as I have done often in the past) and no carb loaded bread with deli meat and cheese loaded with fat 🙁 . I love all the crappy food.

The healthy lunch sandwich is a no brainer to make.
Flatout Foldit Artisan Flatbread (90 Calories)
Cottage Cheese (I use Lactaid)
Handful of power greens (or lettuce)
1 slice low fat Jennie O turkey deli meat
Garlic Salt for a little taste (I love garlic!)
I have no idea how much fat, calories or any of that other stuff as I honestly can’t be bothered to count it but I know it’s better than what I was eating which was junk so this is a better alternative.
